Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may be slightly delayed. You will be notified of any significant changes.


Shipping Times

Delivery times depend on your location:

  • United States: 5–12 business days
  • Canada: 7–14 business days
  • United Kingdom & Europe: 7–15 business days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 7–15 business days
  • Other international locations: 10–20 business days

Please note these are estimated timeframes and may vary due to customs, weather, or carrier delays.


Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. The tracking number will become active within 24–48 hours.


Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address. If an order is shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer, Gen Store cannot be held responsible. Please contact us immediately if you need to make a correction.


Lost or Delayed Packages

While rare, delays or losses may occur due to the carrier. If your package appears delayed, please allow additional time. We will assist in tracking your package, but Gen Store is not liable for delays caused by carriers.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, or duties. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and vary by country.


Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the item and packaging. We will work with you to replace the item or issue a refund.
