At Vensonic, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to make returns simple and hassle-free.
1. 30-Day Return Period
You may return items within 30 days of receiving your order. After 30 days, we are unable to offer a return or exchange.
2. Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unused and in original condition
- Items must include original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order number) is required
Items showing signs of wear, misuse, or damage caused by the customer are not eligible.
3. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
- Gift cards
- Digital/downloable items
- Final sale items
4. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, contact us at Help.vensonic@gmail.com.
We’ll provide instructions and a return address.
Do not send items back without contacting us first.
5. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item:
- Contact us within 48 hours
- Provide photos of the packaging and product
We will replace the item or provide a full refund.
7. Exchanges
We offer exchanges only for defective or damaged items.

8. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
Once processing begins, cancellations are no longer possible.
