4. Return Process

Do not send items back without contacting us first.


5. Refund Approval

After receiving your return, we will inspect it and notify you of approval status.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.


6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 7 business days:

  • Processing times may vary

7. Exchanges

We offer exchanges only for defective or damaged items.

8. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.


9. Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After processing begins, cancellations are no longer possible.
